I’m Natalie Caudle, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) back home in the Pacific Northwest after spending the last 20 years in central Texas. My journey in mental health has been shaped by over a decade of dedication to providing compassionate, personalized care to those facing life’s mental, emotional, and physical challenges. I am particularly honored to serve our community’s veteran population, which holds a deep and personal significance for me. Understanding the unique challenges and resilience of veterans has driven my commitment to offering respectful, empathetic, and knowledgeable support.
Bringing a unique blend of experience to my role, I have had the privilege of working with patients from all walks of life, including those in acute inpatient care and hospice settings. I have learned the profound impact of presence and actively listening to meet each person’s unique needs, whether they’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or navigating life’s complex transitions. These experiences have instilled in me the importance of meeting individuals where they are, creating a safe space for growth and healing, and celebrating every step toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
In my practice, I am committed to a holistic, patient-centered approach that combines evidence-based care with heartfelt support. I offer medication management tailored to a variety of mental health conditions, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, sleep disturbances, ADHD, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Working collaboratively with my patients, I strive to empower them to take on an active role in their mental health journey. I’m privileged to walk alongside my patients as they work toward lasting wellness, personal growth, and peace of mind.
Taking care of your mind is not selfish, it's essential.
